Portal page

The portal page is what the guest sees to access WiFi: every profile created in the "Profiles" guide becomes a button on this page.

Creating the portal page

The portal page is the login page the guest sees. There is only one portal page per property: you don't create new ones, you customize the single existing page.

Opening the editor

From the menu go to WiFi → Portal page: the settings are on the left, the live preview on the right. At the top are the Content and Translations tabs and the Save button (active only when there are changes).

Customizing the appearance (Content tab)

The settings are grouped into expandable sections:

• Background - background image, an optional colored overlay for readability and, on desktop, a Full-screen image or Half image layout.
• Logo - by default the property's one; here you can override it, add a frame and show the hotel name below.
• Content - Title, Description, frame color, button color and text color.
• Access buttons - they are not created here: they are the active profiles (Part 1). Here you only decide the order by dragging them.
• Additional logos - up to three extra logos at the bottom of the page.

Preview and publishing

On the right you have the preview with a Mobile / Desktop toggle; Web preview opens the real page full screen in a new tab. To make the changes take effect click Save (images are saved immediately).

The languages shown to the guest (Translations tab)

In the Translations tab you choose which languages to show to the guest (the base language is always included) and translate the page texts. A warning flags the languages that are not yet complete (page or profiles). Use Translate all fields (AI) or write them by hand; AI translated / Edited badges and Restore AI as for the profiles.
