Notification Centre & Preferences
A single place where the property sees all panel notifications (new messages, escalations, channel warnings, etc.) and decides which ones to receive and on which channel.
Where to find it
Bell icon at the top of the panel; detailed preferences in Settings → Notifications.
Main steps
- Open the bell to see recent notifications and mark them as read.
- See all notifications leads to the page with the full history.
- In Settings → Notifications, choose for each event type whether to receive it and on which channel (bell, email, push notification).
- Browser push notifications require the browser's own consent.
Caution
⚠ Preferences are per user, not per property: each team member configures their own.
⚠ Check the exact list of configurable events with the technical team before publishing.
