PMS Integrations
Connect the property's PMS (property management system) so guest records and stays flow automatically into the CRM, without manual entry.
Where to find it
Integrations menu item (inside the Guest Management group).
Main steps
- Only active if the CRM is enabled: not selectable otherwise.
- Choose the PMS from the list of supported systems and follow the connection flow (OAuth or credentials, depending on the PMS).
- Once connected, the PMS's rooms and stays sync into the CRM.
Caution
⚠ Check with the technical team which PMS are actually supported at publishing time and the exact behaviour on a sync error.
