Privacy Policy Management
Enables and configures the property's generic privacy policy, shown to guests (e.g. in WiFi, portal, surveys). A switch turns it on/off; with Privacy policy text you paste the full text (the status shows whether it is configured) and a box shows the public link to the policy.
⚠️ To enable the privacy policy, the text must be entered first: without text, activation stays disabled.
ℹ️ It is independent from the AI assistant's privacy, which is configured separately in Messaging (a card links there).
