Logs
The send history and delivery statuses of messages. A side rail selects the register:
- Twilio (WhatsApp Business Meta): sends with status Pending / Sent / Delivered / Read / Failed; filters by number/SID and by source (Engagement / Mass WhatsApp).
- Mass Mailing: email campaign logs with Date, Level (Info / Warning / Error), Action, Campaign, Message and Origin; date and level filters and Clear log.
- SMS: sends with Date, Number, Source, Outcome and Text; filters by number, dates and source.
✅ Use the Logs to understand whether a send succeeded: the delivery status tells whether the message was delivered, read or failed.
