Connect Official WhatsApp (Meta)

Connect the official WhatsApp channel (direct Meta Cloud API) to the property, to send messages with the verified badge and go beyond the limits of the WhatsApp Premium QR code.

Where to find it

Settings → Integrations, WhatsApp Business API card.

Before you start

• A verified Facebook Business account, with administrator role.
• A free phone number (not already on regular WhatsApp or the Business app) or Coexistence mode if you want to keep the existing WhatsApp Business app connected to the same number.

Step 1 · Start the connection

Click Configure / Login with Facebook: Meta's Embedded Signup popup opens.

Step 2 · Login and number selection

Log in with the Facebook Business account and select (or create) the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and the number.

Step 3 · Verification and registration

• The panel saves the connection and runs two-step verification (PIN) — defaults to 123456 unless specified otherwise.
• The system registers the number: if everything succeeds, the status becomes Connected.
• On error, the panel shows the reason (e.g. number already in use, account verification not completed).

If Meta requires additional verification

Business verification and the payment method are managed in Meta's Business Manager, not in our panel; until they're completed the channel may stay in limited status (see the "WhatsApp Channel Health" guide).
