Units Management
Units Management (rooms)
Manages the property's rooms/units. At the top the Total Units, Types and With Notes counters; in the bar the search, CSV Template, CSV Import and New Unit.
- New Unit: Unit Number (required), type (predefined or custom) and notes.
- CSV Import: bulk insert — download the template, fill it in and upload it choosing what to do with duplicates (Skip or Update).
Units are used to generate per-room QR codes, to recognise the guest and their room, and to enable the room-number request in WiFi and Quick Review.
⚠️ When a unit's number is changed, its code (hash) is regenerated and the QR code changes: QR codes already printed for that room must be reprinted.
