Tag Management

Tags classify guests in the CRM (for segmenting in campaigns and automations). At the top the count and New Tag; the All / Location / System filters distinguish the property's tags from the predefined system ones; search is available too. Each tag shows its name and technical key (e.g. vip-guest); system tags have a lock and cannot be edited.

On Location tags the following are available:

• Edit: renames the tag (tags have no configurable colour);
• Replace Tag: re-associates all customers from the chosen tag to another tag (both stay in the list, it is not a destructive merge);
• Delete Tag: removes the tag from all associated customers too. Not reversible.
