The Meta-approved WhatsApp message templates (used in automations and WhatsApp Business campaigns). At the top Sync status (syncs approval statuses with Meta) and New template. The list shows Name, Category (Utility / Marketing), Language and Status (Draft, In review, Approved, Rejected); the Edit and Submit for approval actions are available on drafts only (Edit also on rejected ones), Delete always.
In the editor: Name (lowercase letters, numbers and underscores only), Category and Language, the optional header, the required body, the footer and the buttons (text + URL), with available placeholders and the preview. Save as draft or submit for approval.
Below the table, the Survey invite templates area lets you choose, for each language, which approved template to use when an automation sends a survey invitation via WhatsApp Business API.
⚠️ Only Approved templates can be used. Deleting a template also removes it from Twilio; if it was assigned to survey invitations, a warning points it out.
