WhatsApp Channel Health
Show the real status of connected WhatsApp channels (not just connected/disconnected, but also "limited" with the reason), so the property immediately understands if and why a channel isn't working well.
Where to find it
Settings → Integrations, next to each WhatsApp channel's connection card.
Main steps
- Each channel shows one of several statuses (check the exact UI labels).
- If the status isn't fully active, the reason is also shown (e.g. payment verification or business verification pending on Meta).
- The system checks the status periodically and sends a warning email to the property if a channel stops working.
Caution
⚠ A "limited" channel can still reply to messages: it doesn't mean the chatbot is fully down.
⚠ Check the exact status and warning email text before publishing.
